Senior Adult Fellowship
Senior Adult Fellowship (SAF) meets the last Thursday of the month September thru May.
The next meeting will be Thursday, May 20 (one week earlier), 11:30 am-1:30 pm in the Community Center. After a delicious potluck we'll enjoy selections from "Fiddler on the Roof" performed by Nancy Strand and her group, "Best Friends." Invite someone to join you. This will be a great program. We guarantee you'll leave with a smile on your face. See you May 20th! Contact Linda Blum in the Church Office to sign up and recieve your food assignment.
Blood pressure checks and other medical support are provided on a regular basis before the Senior Adult Fellowship meetings.

Guide to Eastside Senior Services and Elder Care
The guide is a resource for finding information on in-home services, skilled nursing facilities, how to hire helpers, managed care, Medicare and you, and other valuable information on products and services for seniors. These guides can be found in our Church Library or in the Community Life Department. These are wonderful resources to use. Please ask for assistance if you need help finding these materials.
Retired Men’s Bible Study
All men of retirement age are welcome to attend the Retired Men's Bible Study, which meets in S-105 on Tuesdays, 10:00-11:00 am. The weekly topic is the previous Sunday's sermon, using the discussion questions found in the Sunday bulletins. Contact Wayne Bath, (425) 643-4998, for more information.
The Senior Services Ministry has prepared comprehensive notebooks containing information relative to local resources for seniors, caregiving, services, etc. (copies are in the library and Church Office).
