FPCB Memorial Garden
Introduction to the Memorial Garden
The mission statement of First Presbyterian Church of Bellevue says we are called to be a caring community. We fulfill this commitment by supporting on another through all of life. The Memorial Courtyard and Garden, where the ashes of faithful members can be interred, allows care to extend into eternity.
Why do we have a Memorial Garden?
- Gives witness to our faith that "in life and in death we belong to the Lord"
- Provides a memorial for loved ones on the grounds of the faith community
- Is a place of quiet and beauty for reflection and meditation
- Affirms God's eternal promises through scripture and the symbols of faith
