To that end, you are invited to participate in the following classes and events:
Following Jesus Today
Sunday mornings, April 20-May 18, 11 am - noon, Bellevue Christian School
In our upcoming class – “Following Jesus Today” – we’ll be exploring more deeply what it means to be guided by Jesus. Using the four Gospels, we’ll look at what Jesus teaches us about relationship with God – who is this “Father” Jesus prayed to and what does he want from us? We’ll consider how friendship with Jesus and relationship with his Father transform the way we relate with one another. How does following Jesus alter the way we view our material resources? How does it connect to what we do in the world? I would argue that if we take the Gospels seriously – or more accurately, the Jesus of the Gospels – we fi nd our entire worldview turned around. And we, and those around us, are richly blessed.
