Over 1000 people, including church members and their families, Stevenson staff members, and student families, and volunteers from the business community worked one of two four hour shifts starting at 8:00 a.m. and ending around 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 13. The day's event ended with dinner and a worship service at the church.
